Our pepper is prepared by drying carefully the nature green berries, is cultivated in fertile lands and ideal climate that we selected for our queen. It has particular characteristics of exquisite flavor, delightful aroma, showy texture, pleasing color and high quality.

The queen of spices is the pepper and it’s coming from the ECUADOR rain forest, exquisitely unique….

It’s produced in Perú, in warm areas and with adequate irrigation and strictly exanimate in several stages.

Cocoa has a rich history dating back to the Aztec and Mayan civilizations in Mexico . Is a well known tree crop that can generally be grown only within 10° of the Ecuador . It is of course, the raw material used in the manufacture of chocolate.

 There are basically three group types of cocoa grown: - “criollo”, “forestaro” and “trinitario”. Each type has its own characteristics of growth vigor, fermentation requirements, disease susceptibility and fat content.
